Have some past season clothing collecting dust or need to suit up your grom for the upcoming season? Join us at the MMBTS Gear Swap and Shop on May 9th.

We’re setting up at the Holy Cross Anglican Church Parking Lot - North End which is across the street from the Confederation Pump Track.

Event Guidelines

General Format

  • This is a community-run bike gear sale and swap, not a consignment event.

  • Sellers are responsible for their own items, pricing, and transactions.

  • The event will take place in a designated section of the parking lot—please bring a table to something to set your items on.

Seller Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for selling your items. 

  • You cannot leave your items with MMBTS volunteers to sell on your behalf.

  • Please bring your own table, blanket, or display setup.

  • Clearly label your items and prices to make browsing easier. We will have markers and tape to help with labelling. 

  • Be prepared to manage your own payments and negotiations 

Payments & Transactions

  • Sellers may choose to accept:

    • Cash

    • E-transfer

    • Trades/swaps

  • All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.

  • MMBTS is not responsible for disputes, lost items, or payment issues.

Donations

  • Unsold items can be donated to Two Wheel View.

  • Two Wheel View will accept donations at their location until 4pm—thank you for supporting a great cause. 907 9 Ave SE, Calgary

Setup & Teardown

  • Set up can begin at 9:30. Sale starts at 10am. Arrive early to set up within the designated area.

  • Please remove all unsold items and garbage when you leave.

Weather & Preparedness

  • This is an outdoor event, so come prepared for Calgary weather.

  • If severe weather is an issue, we will announce a cancellation or an alternative date on social media.
